Megan Grembowski joined SOUND Behavioral Health’s Board of Directors in January 2025. She was inspired to join SOUND because of its commitment to ensuring access to behavioral health services for all members of the community and addressing health care inequities. Grembowski’s expertise in health care legal and regulatory issues supports SOUND’s mission to provide effective care in a dynamic regulatory climate.
Grembowski brings to her role on the Board over 19 years of experience as an attorney providing legal and strategic advice in the health care industry. She currently serves as legal counsel to Kaiser Foundation Health Plan, Inc., where she advises on legal and regulatory issues related to Medicaid, behavioral health, and social health. Previously, Grembowski served as legal counsel to Group Health Cooperative and also worked in private practice at a law firm in Seattle where she provided legal advice to a variety of health care clients. Grembowski earned her J.D. and M.P.H. degrees from the University of Washington, and her B.A. degree from Cornell University.
Megan lives in Seattle with her husband, stepson, and two dogs. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, traveling, live music, and reading.
