Phaedra Pascoe, MD, has a long-standing passion for community behavioral health, including ensuring equitable access to high-quality care. She completed medical school at the University of Washington, where she followed the underserved pathway. She continued her training at the University of Washington for her psychiatry residency and child and adolescent fellowship. She served as chief resident during both residency and fellowship and was active in teaching medical students and residents. Dr. Pascoe holds dual board certifications with the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology in Adult Psychiatry and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.
Dr. Pascoe joined SOUND in 2019, where she initially served as the senior child psychiatric supervisor before becoming the chief medical officer in 2023.
