Keystone is a 64-bed assisted living facility that provides intensive mental health treatment and medical care for co-morbid conditions, as well as Substance Use Disorder (SUD) treatment.

Who these services are for

Keystone serves residents aged 18 and above, all of whom are screened and referred by the King County Liaison. Gender accommodations are based on availability.

Approach to care

SOUND’s’s approach at Keystone includes:

  • Creating a home-like atmosphere with comprehensive, wrap-around care to support recovery.
  • Providing double-occupancy rooms, each with an attached bathroom, which residents can personalize with their belongings.
  • On-site support available 24/7.

We work closely with each resident to understand their needs and goals, developing personalized programs that may include:

  • SUD services
  • Group or individual counseling
  • Medication monitoring and management
  • Group events
  • Nutritional counseling
  • Vocational counseling
  • Nursing care
