Stillwater

Stillwater is a 16-bed assisted living facility that provides mental health care with limited nursing services. We offer round-the-clock care in a supportive environment.

Who these services are for

Stillwater serves adults 18+, accommodating them until their care needs exceed our capabilities, at which point we assist in finding more intensive care options. Stillwater welcomes residents of all races and genders with limited medical conditions. Currently, the majority of our residents are male, reflecting the needs of the community. Many of our residents have chronic conditions and will likely transition to higher levels of care after their time at Stillwater.

Approach to care

Stillwater includes:

  • Providing a home-like facility with staff available 24/7 and nursing support, 40 hours a week.
  • Focusing on equipping residents with the skills needed for self-care in various settings.
  • Offering both single and double rooms in a two-story building, allowing residents to personalize their spaces. Note: residents on the bottom floor must be able to use stairs.

We work closely with each resident to understand their needs and goals, developing personalized programs that may include:

  • Group or individual counseling
  • Medication monitoring and management
  • Group events
  • Nutritional counseling
  • Vocational counseling
  • Nursing care
